2.1 Bookings via Mindbody

2.2 Contact forms

When you submit a website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to provide.

2.3 Data we do not collect via the website

We do not collect national ID/passport details, biometric data, payment card details, CCTV, or health/medical data via this website.

4. How we collect your data

Directly from you through our contact form and, for bookings, through Mindbody’s systems. Any offline forms completed at our premises are handled separately from the website.

We use essential cookies for site operation and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage statistics. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your choices at any time through the banner’s settings link.

Our website is intended for parents and guardians aged 20+. A parent/guardian must make any booking on behalf of a child. We do not knowingly allow under-20s to create accounts or book online. If we learn that a child has provided personal data via the website, we will delete it.
